(4) Installation requirements
1. The installation direction of the muffler must be correct, and the connection with the flange of the air pipe or pipe fitting should be tight and firm.
2. After the muffler is installed, it can be checked by pulling or hanging wire, and those that do not meet the requirements should be trimmed.
3. After the silencer is installed in place, management should be strengthened and protective measures taken. It is strictly forbidden to fix other supports and hangers on the muffler flange and support hanger.
4. Muffler, muffler elbow, etc. should be installed separately with support and hanger, so that the air duct does not bear its weight. The support hanger should be selected according to the model, specifications and structure of the muffler and the structure of the building, in accordance with the provisions of the national standard or design drawings.
5. Before installing the muffler, check whether the position of the fixed parts such as support and hanger is correct, and whether the embedded parts or expansion bolts are installed firmly and reliably. Support and hanger must ensure the load borne.
6. The model and size of the muffler must meet the design requirements, and indicate the direction of the air flow.
