Condenser action
The condenser is an important part of the steam turbine. Its function is to condense the exhaust gas of the steam turbine into water and maintain the required vacuum.

structure
The condenser is composed of a shell, a water chamber, a tube plate, a cooling tube, an intermediate tube plate, a steam baffle and a condenser aggregator. The shell and the water chamber are welded into a whole, and the shell is a welded steel plate structure. Manhole covers are provided in the upper shell, water chamber and heating unit for easy maintenance. The tube inside the cylinder is fixed on the end tube plate by expanding tube method or expanding welding, and the tube tube with the baffle supporting tube in the middle bends upward to prevent resonance. The tube tube tube is arranged by the design technology of HEL-6, which is the international general design standard for condenser. The condenser designed by this technology is airflow centripetal type, arc arrangement and triangular arrangement, which is characterized by small air resistance and small subcooling degree.
In the middle of the bundle there is a wide steam passage from the inlet to the hot water well, and the two sides of the bundle are arranged in a belt shape, and on the outside of the belt shape, another part of the pipe for steam washing. Stainless steel pipe is adopted, and steam baffle is arranged between the steam passage to prevent steam short circuit.
