The new type of deaerator is a new type of membrane rotary packing deaerator which has been studied and popularized in recent 20 years. The relatively new membrane rotary packing deaerator has been widely used in large, medium and small power plants all over the country. More than 500 power plants have received good economic and social benefits in operation and use. The actual operation has proved that the new membrane rotary packing deaerator not only has the advantages of stable operation, high oxygen removal efficiency, good adaptation performance, meticulous requirements for water quality and water temperature, but also can exceed the force of about 30% operation, especially the heating unit and sliding pressure operation of the deaerator more realistic than the water film further advantages.
Type description
Gm-series new membrane rotary packing deaerator (hereinafter referred to as deaerator) is used to pump steam turbine to heat the boiler feed water to the saturation temperature under the corresponding working pressure of the deaerator, remove oxygen and other gases dissolved in water, and prevent and reduce the corrosion of the boiler feed water pipeline, economizer and other ancillary equipment. The model consists of two parts: Chinese pinyin letters and the main characteristic data of the deaerator (processing water T/H).
Technical requirement
The equipment is used for thermal deaeration of boiler feed water, which is composed of deaerator, deaerator water tank and many accessories. Remove the dissolved oxygen and other gases in the boiler feed water, prevent the corrosion and heat transfer deterioration of the boiler and other thermal equipment and pipes, and ensure the safe and economic operation of the thermal equipment. Its advantages are:
1, stable operation, good deaeration effect, low pressure deaerator ≤10PPB (ministerial standard is 15PPB); High pressure deaerator ≤5PPB (ministerial standard 7PPB).
2, the unit load adaptability is strong, especially the heating unit and the sliding pressure operation, the deaerator is more superior, can exceed the force 50% operation, and the dissolved oxygen meets the ministry standard.
3, in addition to the steam, water separation network, spiral film pipe appearance size, film Angle, packing layer through actual operation, continue to accumulate experience, learn from each other, make the current structure more perfect, eliminate the previous deaerator exhaust water, packing off, deaeration tower vibration and other defects.
For the old deaerator (spray tray type, spray filling type) part of the technical transformation period is short, less investment, quick effect.
